Personalized Care

Health Monitoring

Regular health assessments ensure accurated and up to date care.

Nurse Supervision

Our nurse carries out daily rounds to each home providing a high level of care for each resident.

Security

Each home is equipped with alarms and video surveillance.

Medication Management

Primary care physician's orders are followed and documented for each resident's medication needs. We utilize Managed Healthcare pharmacy.

Night Care

Awake Staff at each home provides 24/7 care needs.

Rehabilitation Care

Occupational therapy and Physical therapy needs can be accomodated from the comfort of our home.

Hospice Care

We accept hospice on admission and care for long-term residents through end of life.

Specialized On-Call Care

Geriatric Psychiatric support, foot care services, and hair cutting available.

Trained Caregivers

Each caregiver is dedicated to continuing education. We have an excellent ratio of 2 or 3 caregivers to 5 residents.

Spacious Private Rooms

Every room in all our homes is equipped with an attached half bathroom and closet area.

Housekeeping

Personal laundry done as needed. Weekly housekeeping of rooms.

Scheduled Transportation

Tri-met lift can be scheduled as needed. Optional once a month breakfast outings scheduled.

Home-Cooked Meals

3 nutritious meals daily are provided according to resident needs and preferences.

Personalized Activities

Mobile enrichment services provide group or one on one activities. Musicians scheduled weekly.
